This refreshing, vegan, drink is perfect for these last few days of summer!
- Watermelon Chunks
- Blender (I used a Nutribullet)
- Baking Sheet
- Wax Paper
- Cut up 1/4 of a watermelon (or as much as you want) into small chunks.
- Place chunks of watermelon an a wax paper-lined baking sheet and stick in freezer over night.
- In the morning, scrape off chunks and place in blender with as much water as you want. The more water you add, the less icy the drink will be. I added about a 1/4 of a cup and it had a smooth, creamy, icy texture I was able to drink it through a straw.
