Watermelon Slushee Recipe

This refreshing, vegan, drink is perfect for these last few days of summer!


  1.  Watermelon Chunks
  2. Blender (I used a Nutribullet)
  3. Baking Sheet
  4. Wax Paper
  5. Water


  1. Cut up 1/4 of a watermelon (or as much as you want) into small chunks.
  2. Place chunks of watermelon an a wax paper-lined baking sheet and stick in freezer over night.
  3. In the morning, scrape off chunks and place in blender with as much water as you want. The more water you add, the less icy the drink will be. I added about a 1/4 of a cup and it had a smooth, creamy, icy texture I was able to drink it through a straw.
  4. ENJOY!
